Opening on Easter Saturday, April 3 from 11am to 5pm, Sapling Yard Wines welcomes you to visit the cellar door to sample a range of our premium ward-winning wines.Ĭarla Rodeghiero and highly awarded Canberra District winemaker, Malcolm Burdett first opened a pop-up cellar door at provisions Deli in Braidwood in December 2019 and with a bunch of natural disasters, a global pandemic and then finally new French owners, we shut the doors on that venture and have now found a permanent home at the rear of Harvest Fresh 50 Molongolo St, Bungendore.Įventually we’ll be doing wine flights and matching cheese and charcutierie platters, but for the first couple of weeks we’d love to do a wine tastings for you and have you sit in the courtyard with a glass or a bottle of wine and enjoy a specially curated cheese platter put together by the team at Harvest Fresh.
